After purchasing their new home, our clients wanted to personalize their estate through the renovation and expansion of their outdoor living spaces which became a complete landscape renovation and installation project.

This estate-sized property had a very large footprint over multiple acres. There were several existing structures, including barns, tennis courts, horse riding rings—all of which made creating a visually interesting and cohesive design plan more challenging.

Throughout the consultation and design process, we identified specific plants to incorporate based on the property conditions and needs, including sun exposure, environmental needs, and other details. We also took the existing irrigation and lighting systems and converted them to function as one system across the full project.
