Ijamsville Project

Location: Ijamsville, MD
Timeline: Multi-phase project, spanning 2008 – 2025

Our client requested that we install an architectural and landscape lighting system in a multi-phase project, with the overall goal being to illuminate and enhance the visual interest of the grounds at night and as an additional security measure.

During the consultation and design process, we identified that one of the unique challenges was the project had multiple spaces and elements requiring lighting installation. Our team creatively incorporated different fixtures and multi-color lighting capabilities to achieve the client’s vision. Some areas required the use of strip lighting, and overall, we integrated different technologies and fixtures to reach the overall visual presentation goals.
