Clearwater Wins “Best Outdoor Living Space” from the FCBIA Posted on May 10 2012

The 2012 Awards of Excellence by the Frederick County Building Industry Association (FCBIA) were announced at their annual banquet held at Ceresville Mansion. Clearwater came away with two awards in their first year competing. The first was awarded in the Outdoor Living Division: “Best Outdoor Living Space” for the Frederick Residence. This would be the second award that this space has won! According to the FCBIA, the Outdoor Living Awards of Excellence “offer recognition for creative and functional designs of outdoor spaces and landscaping, which enhance the home or community.”

Additionally, Clearwater was recognized in the Media Marketing Division for “Best Color Print Ad”. The FCBIA states that “the Media Marketing Awards of Excellence offer recognition in advertising based on concept, originality, design, and how it relates to the target market”.
We are honored to have won these awards and would like to thank the FCBIA for putting all of this together.
