Administration
Our administration team utilizes customized software to support all divisions of the company through contract assistance, invoicing, payroll, employee relations, data entry, client correspondence, etc.  Our office personnel make the difference needed for a smooth day of business.

 
Sales and Estimating
We currently operate with individual sales representatives as well as sales teams.  Our designers and sales associates work in teams to ensure that designs and budgets both meet the needs of our clients.  However, we also employ sales representatives that can produce proposals for those clients not requiring design work.  All of our sales associates have extensive knowledge in their area of specialization and are experienced with project management.

 

 

 

 

 

Landscape Architecture / Design
Our Landscape Architects and Designers work hard to produce designs that reflect each client’s personal style.  Starting out with detailed site analysis, our designers carry the project through from conceptual drawings and digital models to final plans with construction drawings.  Clearwater’s designers continue their presence in the project during installation, working closely with the Project Manager and Installation Foreman to maintain original design intent as well as manage any changes that may occur in the field.

 

Landscape Field Professionals
Our experienced field professionals bring each design to reality through custom plantings, lighting and irrigation.

 

 

Hardscape and Construction Professionals
Our hardscape and construction crews build all hardscape elements with accuracy and care.  These crews construct and install our stone and paver walks, patios, walls, and driveways in addition to customized outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, water features, et c.

 

Landscape Maintenance Professionals
Our maintenance division provides full service landscape care for both residential and commercial sites.  These professionals perform site analysis and accurately project what each landscape needs to keep it beautiful.   Some of these services include turf management, bed maintenance, tree care, watering, fertilizer applications, pest management, and snow removal.

 

 

 

 

Nursery
Our nursery is fully stocked with all of our most commonly used and requested plants.  However, we also custom order all kinds of plants from different areas from the country.  Our nursery staff ensures that all plant materials stay healthy and in excellent  shape for our installations and retail purchases. 

 

 

 

Mechanics
Our operation owns an extensive list of equipment including many smaller items such as tillers or augers, as well as much larger equipment like excavators and many different vehicles.  All of our equipment and machinery is kept under close inspection and is regularly maintained.  The safety of our workers is a top priority and that starts with having the proper gear and finely tuned machinery necessary to get the job done.
